Visitor and Companion Rules
Visitor Rules
- Patients are visited every day between 08:00 and 22:00 in our hospital.
- In our hospital, families are informed about children under 12 years old not to visit patients due to the risk of infection and psychological negative effects of children.
- Visitors should not use the belongings of the patient or sit in the bed of the patient against the risk of infection.
- Take care to keep the visiting times short for the health of your patient.
- In terms of the comfort of our other patients who receive treatment in our hospital, more than three visitors should not be admitted to the patient room and no noise should be made.
- During the treatment and examination procedures of our patients, visitors are expected to leave the room and pay attention to patient privacy.
- Wash your hands before and after the visit.
- If the visit of our patients is prohibited by the doctor for medical reasons, it is requested not to insist on the visit. When you see a warning hanging on the patient room door during the visit, do not enter the patient room without meeting the nurse.
- It is strictly forbidden for our visitors to smoke inside the hospital.
Companion Rules
- The number of companions is limited to 1 person.
- Companions must follow hospital rules. In case of violation, the escort of the person concerned will not be accepted.
- Accompanying persons (other than physician and nurse directives) should not perform any application for the patient.
- Favorable conditions were provided for the supporters to stay in our hospital.
- Accompanying people should use hospital belongings and materials regularly and clean.
- In order to provide you a peaceful environment, patients and their relatives should not speak loudly or make noise in the patient room and service corridors. Also, the televisions in your rooms should be used in a way that will not disturb others.
- Accompanying persons should not take their patients out of the hospital or change their beds unless they request a doctor or nurse.
- No food and drink should be given to the patient without consulting a doctor or nurse.
- Accompanying persons should not use tobacco and alcoholic substances within the hospital.
- Service nurses should be informed of accompanying changes.
- Accompanying people should inform the nurse when there is any problem with their patients
- There is no companion application in our Intensive Care Unit.
- Accompanying people are expected to comply with all the rules of our hospital.
- Accompanying persons are expected to assist the care of their patients only to the extent permitted by the doctor and the nurse.
- You can throw your complaints / suggestions, complaints, praise / thanks to the problems you have experienced while receiving health care from our hospital, or you can send them directly to the Patient Rights Unit in written or verbal form.
