Our aim is to establish a quality management structure by defining the roles and responsibilities of all employees, from senior management to department employees, in quality improvement studies, and to ensure continuous improvement of the service quality provided by planning, executing and coordinating quality improvement studies within the framework of regulations and standards.

  12. Cooperation with Department Quality Officers
